Refund Policy:

• Cancellations rentals: Orders canceled at least [3] months  before the event may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to cancellation fees. Deposit are non-refundable.
• Cancellations Custom orders: Orders canceled at least (6) months before event may be eligible for partial refund. Deposit are non-refundable .{3 }months before event orders nonrefundable. 
• Damages & Missing Items: Customers are responsible for returning all rental items in their original condition. Any lost or damaged items will be subject to additional charges.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within [30} business days to the original payment method.
